If you are passionate about music and
wants to watch your favorite artists live on stage, then there is
something for you to cheer about. Future Music Festival is coming to
Malaysia this March. It is undoubtedly one of the biggest music event
to ever hit South East Asian shores. It is basically an annual event
that features Australian and international artists. The festival was
first held in 2006 and since then marked by numerous notable acts
such as The Chemical Brothers, The Prodigy, The Stone Roses and New
Order.
The last year was marked by numerous
heart capturing performances at Future Music Festival Asia (FMFA).
This year, the FMFA 2013 Malaysia is back with a strong line
of performers. It witnessed more than 25,000 music fans last year and
the organizers expect that the number will go beyond 40,000 this
year. The event will be held on 15th and 16th March, 2013 at Sepang
International Circuit, Malaysia.
The event will be organized by Future
Entertainment Australia and Livescape Asia with support from Malaysia
Convention and Exhibition Bureau in collaboration with the visit
Malaysia 2014. the co-sponsor's list includes AirAsia, AirAsiaGo,
Xpax, Sunway Hotel Resort and Spa along with MTV and E! Entertainment
Television.
As far the performers are concerned,
the list includes names of numerous popular artists and bands like
PSY, Rita Ora, Bloc Party, Temper Trap, Fun., Rudimental, Timmy
Trumpet, Tenzin, Stafford Brothers, The Prodigy and many more names
are to be announced. Among these big names in the music industry,
numerous local performers will also share the stage such as
Dangerdisko, Mr. Fluff, Lapsap, Goldfish & Blink, the Kyoto
Protocol to name a few among many.
